Sally White
Empowerment. Results. Management by Objective. A ‘Get it Done’ philosophy.
These were the principles that guided Sally White’s 20-plus year career
at Hewlett Packard where she led sales admin teams, worldwide support
product marketing teams, and global business development teams to
unprecedented levels of success. Sally’s career has included involvement
in start-up operations, plus merger and acquisition teams where she
implemented self-managed team concepts resulting in targets met early
and well beyond expectations. Sally’s conflict management skills put her in the position of leading teams out of conflict into success giving her the necessary tools to assist organizations in clarifying their goals and achieving alignment and accountability.
In addition to being the founder and Managing Partner of LeBlanc Consulting LLC, she was also the founder and director of Child Advocates of Placer County – CASA (which provides advocacy for foster children). She has also been a Core Adjunct Professor at National University, served on the Board of Directors of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Regents for Auburn Leadership, and the American Association of University Women. Sally holds an MBA from Golden Gate University.
Clare Thain

Over three decades, as President or CEO of a number of advertising firms, these have been the watchwords of Clare Thain’s career in the advertising, direct marketing and communications fields. Thain has started and built three advertising firms, managed advertising accounts with budgets in the hundreds of millions and provided marketing and strategic counsel to scores of client organizations. His experiences include leadership roles at ad agencies: Ogilvy & Mather, Wunderman, Ricotta & Klein, Bozell Jacobs, Kenyon & Eckhardt and Williams Worldwide; senior marketing management roles at IBM, Integrated Resources, Citibank, WellPoint (Blue Cross), United Way, and Publisher assignments at Entrepreneur and Prosper Magazines.
Classically trained in packaged goods marketing, Thain has managed turnarounds, new business start-ups, product restages and re-launches. An early proponent of data based direct marketing and CRM methodologies, Clare Thain is an expert in the use of direct response media and direct marketing techniques believing that customer feedback and accountability are linch-pin to any successful marketing effort. An active golfer and Rotarian, Thain holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
